This week we were joined by experiential content experts Ryan Brown (Ceros), Sharon Shapiro (Bluecore), and Paige Gildner (Bluecore) to talk about how brands can use interactive digital experiences to stand out from the “mediocre middle.”
Here are just a few of the key takeaways from their talk:
Digital experiences are no longer something brands can shy away from, especially now that we are in a (mostly) virtual world. Digital experiences allow you to connect with customers the way you can’t currently in-person.
There are five levels to experiential content. Most marketers are already acing the first three—the next step is to begin incorporating interactive and immersive elements.
We should think about digital experiences the way we think about a dinner party: how would you set the scene in real life, and how would you translate that to virtual?
Most of the content marketers put out into the world is forgotten. The only way to be truly unforgettable is to be the best (…or the worst).
