As we have wrapped up the first half of 2024, we’re excited to share meaningful projects and events that our credService team has led in Q1 and Q2. Our commitment to social impact and community support continues to drive our actions, and we’re excited to share two key initiatives that have shaped our year so far.
In honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, cred proudly supported Catalyst, an organization dedicated to advancing women in the workplace for more than 60 years. This year, Catalyst introduced the Catalyst Effect, highlighting how individual actions can drive significant change. We supported this initiative by attending their webinar on women leaders cultivating workplace equity, organizing a team donation drive, and encouraging social media engagement using the hashtag #TheCatalystEffect to recognize and inspire positive transformations in the workplace.
In Q2, credService focused on addressing hunger in America by partnering with Feeding America, a leading organization dedicated to ending hunger through a network of 200 food banks and 60,000 pantries and meal programs, providing meals to over 40 million people annually. To support this cause, we launched a fundraiser and proudly raised more than $400 to donate to Feeding America. This means that cred helped provide over 4,000 meals for this cause.
Overall, we are immensely proud of the dedication and generosity shown by our team in supporting these important causes. In the first half of the year, we have collectively raised over $500 in donations for Catalyst and Feeding America, showing our commitment to making a positive impact as a team. We’re looking forward to the second half of the year and the opportunities it will bring!
