credTen: Top 10 Events Elevating Black Entrepreneurship in 2024

Events are key to bringing people together to share ideas, discuss challenges, and celebrate each other’s successes—and everyone deserves to see themselves represented in these spaces. Yet, there remains a barrier to a sense of belonging for many underrepresented groups who don’t see themselves on stages or on the showfloor. With a lack of representation and diversity at events, many are consequently left without opportunities to join the conversation—and, in some instances, are left out from them altogether.

As the events industry becomes increasingly intentional with its efforts to heighten diversity and inclusion, in our latest credTen, we share conferences that have actively advocated for the futures of Black professionals, creating safe spaces to empower and educate Black entrepreneurs and thought leaders.
