Events are key to bringing people together to share ideas, discuss challenges, and celebrate each other’s successes—and everyone deserves to see themselves represented in these spaces. Yet, there remains a barrier to a sense of belonging for many underrepresented groups who don’t see themselves on stages or on the showfloor.
