Last week was a double event week for our events management team, as we conquered URx’s Global Leaders Summit and closed out a full year of SaaStr’s digital events with SaaStr Scale. More than 20,000 SaaS revenue leaders tuned in from across the world for two days of tactical content (shoutout to our Aussie attendees who tuned into sessions at 3 am local time—that’s dedication to SaaS!).
Building on the quality content the SaaStr community knows and loves, Scale was fully focused on revenue-driving content. Speakers across both days shared insights for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Leaders on the most effective strategies to not only scale but scale quickly.
Day One:
We opened the day with SaaStr’s Founder & CEO and “Godfather of SaaS,” Jason Lemkin and GM and SVP, Amelia Ibarra, to share our top session picks and take a look back at SaaStr’s incredible 2020, highlighting their content and five digital events.
Day one continued with 40 interactive roundtable discussions led by SaaS market leaders including Atlassian, Calendly, Looker, and ServiceMax. These intimate workshop sessions gave speakers the chance to present and then open it up for attendees to join in the conversation and knowledge share together screen-to-screen.
Day Two:
On day two, we were joined by SaaS powerhouse founders, Todd McKinnon of Okta, Howie Liu of Airtable, Auren Hoffman of SafeGraph, and Therese Tucker of Blackline. We were also excited to check out Splash’s session on event management, The Events Revenue Funnel: 8 Ways to Optimize.
We walked away with many memorable quotes from the day, including:
