Tracy Benson, CEO & Co-Founder
Tracy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Obsesh, the leading sports marketplace platform connecting consumers to top athletes through a suite of digital products including remote coaching and NFTs. Her mission is to empower Athlete creators to monetize their unique IP including their name, image, and likeness with an all-in-one marketplace. She has 20 years of successful startup and scaled experience in consumer marketplaces at the intersection of commerce, content, and community. Previously she was Global Chief Marketing Officer at Seek Thermal, Global Chief Marketing & Product Officer at Monster (maker of Beats and Monster headphones), Head of Digital at Best Buy, and Hyper-Growth Market leader at The Home Depot where she developed the first athlete-work program for Olympians. Tracy was an All-Conference NCAA volleyball athlete at Western Illinois University before becoming a professional beach volleyball player. She earned an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the University of Notre Dame and now resides in Oakland, California.
