event goals.

The goal of this LiveIntent dinner was to bring together 10-15 VIP attendees in an intimate and private setting to foster conversation and industry relationships while enjoying a variety of culinary delights.

how we work with LiveIntent.

  • venue research: cred collaborated with LiveIntent to gather preferences for choosing a venue. This particular dinner was in conjunction with an email marketing conference in Las Vegas, so the LiveIntent team preferred a venue that would be easily accessible to attendees. Keeping this in mind, we narrowed our focus to restaurants within walking distance of the conference venue. After locating three venues that fit LiveIntent’s preferences, we then compiled all necessary information on location, capacity, aesthetics, food and beverage offerings, and pricing into a slide deck for the LiveIntent team to easily review.

  • secure contract: Once LiveIntent chose a restaurant, our next step was to coordinate with the restaurant sales manager to secure the contract and complete the booking process. Because our team reviews 100s of restaurant contracts every year, we are well versed in reviewing and ensuring all details are finalized before the client ever sees the contract. Some things we always check for accuracy include timing and date, contracted number of guests, any force majeure clauses, and final room location and floorplan.

  • coordinate menu selections: On to the delicious part: picking what guests will be eating. When working with LiveIntent, we made sure to ask if they had any initial preferences on food selections (i.e. some company’s culture may have a preference for vegan or vegetarian food) and started our selection process from there. Our particular restaurant had three different private dining and beverage menu options that we then broke down in price by person to ensure the total dining price would fit into LiveIntent’s budget for the dinner.

  • RSVP tracking: cred built out a tracker for LiveIntent to utilize when tracking who was attending the dinner. Their team was easily able to add all invited guests and their details so that we could prep with the venue and for other onsite logistics.

  • compile logistics: In preparation for the dinner, cred created a brief for all dinner attendees. This brief contained every detail that attendees needed to know including the timing of the dinner, what to expect at the restaurant, the hosts for the evening, and transportation instructions. To ensure confirmed attendees show up on event day, we incorporated multiple touch points and reminders with all the granular details.
