Abby Hamilton, Chief People Officer
Abby leads LiveIntent’s hiring, performance management, cultural transformation, employee engagement, leadership alignment, learning and development, HRIS, succession planning, and data-driven decision-making efforts. In her 15+ years in recruiting and HR, she has led People teams in adtech, martech and pharmaceuticals, and medical devices to create innovative and practical solutions to talent challenges, implement globally consistent programs, and partner with leaders throughout the business to empower employees to bring their best self to work. She is a proud member of the LinkedIn Expert Advisory Group and the Chief, which is a private network focused on connecting and supporting women executives.
Jason Oates, Chief Business Officer
In addition to leading Sales Development at LiveIntent, Jason Oates is focused on pioneering and evangelizing people-based marketing initiatives. Over the last 25 years he has explored and championed innovations in digital, email and performance marketing with the purpose of improving the customer experience. One of his greatest joys is performing with his band RIFFF to raise awareness and money for charities like Wounded Warriors Project, The Trevor Project, TeamFox and GirlsWhoCode. Prior to LiveIntent, Jason held leadership positions at Datran Media, Integrated Media Solutions, Avenue A, DMB&B, and JMCP.
Mano Pillai, Chief Product Officer
Mano Pillai serves as Chief Product Officer at LiveIntent, bringing over 20 years of experience in business, product and technology. His experience spans Identity, data analytics, privacy-preserving machine learning, IoT, and Internet payment systems. Before LiveIntent, Mano co-founded Ephemeral Identity and before that was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nikaza, a location intelligence platform (Acquired by Stirista). Mano holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mangalore University.
