Braven empowers promising college students with the skills, networks, confidence, and experience necessary to land jobs worthy of their bachelor’s degree.

The organization believes that our country’s next generation of leaders will emerge from everywhere, but they need a talent strategy that matches them in strength and diversity.

Braven supports untapped students from college to career by partnering with higher education and employers to offer a two-part experience that begins with a credit-bearing college course followed by a post-course experience that lasts through graduation.

To date, Braven has worked with 10,000 students across 8 schools and in their stipend-based national BravenX program.

cred partnered with Braven as part of our credVoices program. As part of this initiative, we worked with Braven to build upon their thought leadership strategy, identify key speaking opportunities for their Founder & CEO Aimée Eubanks Davis, and provide Braven with the tools to plan and host a live webinar.

 our mission: credVoices.

Every time a cred client steps onto a stage or hosts an event, their stories and expertise influence the audience, their industry, and the world around us. We are dedicated to elevating historically underrepresented voices and strive for 50% female representation and 50% representation of underrepresented groups in all events we are involved with as well as our client roster of speakers.

We are aware that our services may not be accessible to leaders from historically marginalized communities for various reasons. In order to proactively address the accessibility gap, we introduced our pro-bono program, credVoices, in 2022.

our goals.

Increase visibility and reputation for Braven as an innovative non-profit empowering underrepresented college students to some of their key audiences: Education, Social Impact, General Tech + URGs in Tech, Women in Tech.

Establish Aimée Eubanks Davis, Founder & CEO of Braven, as a leader preparing the next generation for the workforce.

Equip Braven with speaking engagement ideas and tools that would support the organization beyond the scope of the pro-bono project.
